The seafront rush is not the same job as an inland delivery
On a warm Saturday the prom is full of people who want collection, not a driver. They are already outside, or they have walked up from the station, and a long “ASAP” queue at the counter is the thing that loses the sale. A time slot on your own page lets them order before they reach the door. On a quiet weekday the same kitchen may be delivering into Southchurch or Thorpe Bay instead, and those runs need a fee and a minimum that still make sense once the driver is paid. Chefzi lets you keep both: collection times for the seafront, and zones for the streets you already cover. To stop one area, remove that zone. There is no switch that pauses a single zone. You can switch delivery off and leave collection on.
