Starting and the monthly fee
How do I start?
Open Get started and tell us the restaurant name. We'll be in touch soon and move the menu for you. There is no online signup. The first 3 months are free, then £19 a month for cash or no-card payments, or £29 a month with online card payments through Stripe. Standard Stripe card processing fees apply.
What does it cost after that?
No setup fee. No commission. From £19 a month. £19 a month for cash or no-card payments, or £29 a month with online card payments through Stripe, per location, excluding VAT. Standard Stripe card processing fees apply. No contract, and no commission on orders.
Is there a phone number?
No public telephone number. Email is the published contact, and we reply within one working day.
Switching from another system
Can I move from GloriaFood?
Yes. Send a menu export, screenshots, or the link to your ordering page. GloriaFood closes on 30 April 2027.
Can I keep Just Eat or Deliveroo?
Yes. Those orders still pay the marketplace. Direct orders on Chefzi do not pay Chefzi a commission.
Do I need a new website?
No. Use the site we generate, or add ordering to the site you already have.
Kitchen, payments and your account
How do orders reach the kitchen?
The Android app rings until someone accepts with a prep time, or rejects with a reason. If the tablet goes offline, we alert you.
Can customers pay by card?
Yes. Card payments on the £29 plan go to your account. Restaurants on the £19 plan take cash orders, including cash on delivery and cash on collection. Chefzi does not take a cut of the order.
Where do I log in?
Restaurant owners sign in at the Chefzi app. The Login link in the header goes there.
How do I delete my account or data?
From the tablet Settings screen, or by emailing chefziofficial@gmail.com. See the privacy policy for what we store.
