Who is the Chefzi Orders app for?
Restaurant owners and staff. It is where your online, QR and till orders arrive, so you can accept, prepare and complete them. Your customers order through your own website and your own branded app (Android & iOS), not this one.
What devices does it run on?
Any Android phone or tablet you already have, from Google Play. The iOS version is on the way and is included when it launches.
Does it cost extra?
No. The app is part of the one Chefzi plan: £39 a month per location billed annually, or £49 if billed monthly, ex VAT, with 0% commission ever and the first month free.
Will I miss an order?
New orders ring until someone accepts with a prep time or rejects with a reason. If the device goes offline, we alert you.
How do I sign in?
Download the app and sign in with your Chefzi restaurant login. New to Chefzi? Get started and we set up your menu with you.
