Questions
Can a mixed mezze be one choice?
Yes. Sell it as the item you already sell, with the contents named. Sauces and extras are modifiers.
Can sauces be required and multi-select?
Yes. A modifier group can be required, and you set the minimum and the maximum.
How do I stop one delivery area?
Remove that zone, or turn delivery off and leave collection on. There is no switch that pauses a single zone.
What does a Lebanese restaurant pay?
£39 a month per location billed annually (£49 if billed monthly), excluding VAT, with your own domain, your own branded app (Android & iOS) and everything else included. No setup fee and no commission on a direct order.
More detail
Online ordering for Lebanese restaurants: mezze, grills, wraps and sauces on the ticket. 0% commission ever. From £39 a month.
The board
Mezze and grills as the items you already sell.
Sauces
A required modifier group, with more than one choice if you allow it.
Late hours
Collection and delivery hours are separate. Closing time is the cut-off.
One area
Remove a zone to stop it. Delivery can be switched off on its own.
A Lebanese menu is a list of mezze, grills and wraps that the counter already knows how to box. Hummus, tabbouleh, falafel and halloumi are items with prices, in the order they appear on your board. A mixed grill is the item you sell, with the contents named, not a note on a chicken skewer. There is no platter builder. If a wrap can take one sauce or two, that is a modifier group: required if you always ask, and able to allow more than one choice up to the maximum you set.
Bread, salad and a chilli sauce that you charge for are modifiers with those prices, or their own items if that is how the counter sells them. A size that changes the price, such as a small or a large wrap, is a variant. Put the printed name on the item. If you use numbers on a paper menu, put the number in the name. There is no separate number field.
Late opening is common, and collection often runs later than delivery. Set the hours separately. Closing time is the cut-off. There is no extra cut-off before that. In England and Wales, hot food served to the public between 11pm and 5am needs a premises licence that covers those hours. Match the page to the licence and check it with your council. A holiday is one special day for both services.
Customers request a time. You set the lead time and how many days ahead, up to fourteen. There is no slot grid and no cap per time. Pause ordering, or reject with a reason, when the grill is full. The app rings until the ticket is accepted with a prep time or rejected.
Delivery zones are the streets you already drive. Each one has a fee, a minimum and a time, shown before payment. There is no switch to pause one zone. Take it off the saved list, or turn delivery off and leave collection on. A lot of Lebanese shops are collection first, which is a complete setup. Chefzi does not supply a driver.
Mark a finished skewer sold out. There is no switch to hide a category. Allergens for sesame, gluten, milk and nuts are yours to write. £39 a month per location billed annually (£49 if billed monthly), excluding VAT, with your own domain, your own branded app (Android & iOS) and everything else included, with no commission on a direct order and no setup fee. Put the link on Google, the window and your own packaging. Do not put a code on a Just Eat bag. If GloriaFood is the current button, it retires on 30 April 2027, and the menu move is included.
Friday after work and a late Saturday are different speeds. The same menu can serve both if the ticket names the wrap, the salad and the sauce without a comment the grill has to decode. Falafel that finishes at nine is marked sold out, so the next order cannot pay for it. A family mezze is one item with the dishes named, at the price on the board, rather than six lines the customer has to assemble. Extra bread that you charge for is a modifier with that price. The tablet rings until accept or reject, and it needs to be heard over the extractor. Send the board, the sauces and the streets. Test a required sauce, one address you deliver, one you do not, and one item marked sold out before you tell customers the new link is live. The photograph on this page is a mezze spread. It is not your restaurant. Use your own photos on the dishes.
You pay one monthly fee with 0% commission ever, so every order you take is yours; the plan is on Chefzi pricing. Set where you deliver and what it costs with delivery zones and fees.
