One required choice for the bread. Several fillings, up to a cap you set.

Lunch

Mark finished items sold out. They do not leave the page on a timer.

Pre-order

Offices book inside the lead time you set for the location.

Collection

Delivery can stay off. A zone is only for streets you already cover.

A sandwich shop at lunch is a queue and a clock. The order that helps is the one placed before the customer reaches the door, for a time you can hit. Chefzi takes that order and rings the tablet. Bread, fillings and a sauce belong on the ticket as choices, not as a note the person on the counter has to interpret with a queue watching.

Bread can be a required modifier group with one choice. Fillings can be a group that allows several, up to the number you will put in the bread, each with the price you charge or at zero if they are included. A sauce is the same pattern. Mark the group required when you need the answer. A meal with a drink or crisps is one item if that is how you sell it, with the swap as a modifier. There is no separate sandwich builder beyond those groups.

When a sandwich is finished, mark that item sold out. A filling that exists only as a modifier has no sold-out switch. Take it off the group until you add it back. There is no switch to hide the lunch category and leave breakfast up. If you stop serving a range after two, mark those items sold out. They do not leave the page on a timer.

Requested times use the lead time and the booking horizon you set for the location. There is no slot grid and no cap per time. Collection and delivery can have different lead times and different hours. A Saturday you are closed is a special day. Offices that order ahead are ordinary collection orders inside those limits. Delivery, if you walk or drive it, is a zone with a fee and a minimum. Switch delivery off to keep collection. Remove a zone to drop one area. There is no pause for a single zone.

The photograph on this page is a chicken sandwich. It is not your shop. Use your own photos if you have them. Allergens for gluten, dairy, nuts and sesame are yours to write.

The first three months are free, then £19 a month for cash or no-card payments, or £29 a month with online card payments through Stripe per location, excluding VAT. No commission on the order and no setup fee. Put the link on the window, on Google and in the message you already send regulars. If the old button is GloriaFood, it retires on 30 April 2027. The move is included. Test a required bread, a filling marked sold out, and a requested time tomorrow before you change the link.

Breakfast and lunch can live on the same page without a clock that hides a category. When the breakfast baps finish, mark those items sold out. They stay on the menu until you mark them, which is what you want if a tray comes back out of the oven. Bread is one required choice. Fillings are a group with a maximum you set, so a customer cannot add twelve when the bread holds four. A sauce is the same pattern. A meal deal with a drink is one item if that is how the board sells it. Offices that order for a meeting are ordinary collection orders inside the lead time and the days ahead. There is no per-desk account and no slot cap. Pause ordering if the counter is buried. The link can sit on the window, on Google and in the message you already send regulars. Three months are free, then £19 a month for cash or no-card payments, or £29 a month with online card payments through Stripe per location, excluding VAT, with no commission on the order.

The monthly fee is also on pricing. Zones are on delivery zones. Published marketplace rates go in the commission calculator, which is a projection from those rates and the numbers you type.
