Slerp pricing in the UK (checked October 2026)

Slerp's pricing page asks you to book a demo rather than listing prices. Slerp does, however, publish a public facts page with its commercial model, which is where the figures below come from. This guide sets out those numbers, works through example costs and lists what to confirm in your quote.

The platform fee on orders and card processing aren't published as figures, so they're left out here. Add them from your quote.

One site, web ordering tier, 12-month term, not live within 30 days

• £125 × 12 + £500 onboarding = £2,000 in year one, plus the platform fee and card fees

One site, app tier, 24-month term, live within 30 days

• £250 × 24 = £6,000 over the term, with onboarding waived and the app built at no cost

Three sites: pricing is agreed directly, so there's no published figure.

For comparison: Chefzi for one site in year one

• £0 for 3 months, then £19 × 9 = £171 ex. VAT for cash or no-card payments, or £29 × 9 = £261 ex. VAT with online card payments. Standard Stripe card processing fees apply, with no per-order fee from Chefzi, plus your card provider's fees. Chefzi doesn't include loyalty, CRM, a native app or courier integrations, so this isn't like for like.

3. Delivery costs if you use Uber Direct or Deliveroo through Slerp
4. The VAT basis of the monthly fee
5. Notice and renewal terms for 12 and 24-month contracts, and the price of rolling terms
6. CRM pricing for your number of customer records
7. What happens to the native app if you leave

Is Slerp worth it?

Slerp positions itself for brands, multi-site groups, bakeries and QSRs. For that audience, a branded native app, loyalty, CRM and delivery integrations can earn their keep. If you're a single takeaway taking mainly collection and your own delivery orders, £125 or more a month plus a platform fee is a big commitment compared with simpler tools.

Slerp is likely worth it if:

• you want a premium branded experience with a native app
• you'll actively use loyalty and CRM
• you need Uber Direct or Deliveroo delivery integrations
• you're comfortable with a 12 or 24-month term

A simpler tool may suit you better if:

• you want low fixed costs and month-to-month terms
• you deliver with your own drivers
• you don't need an app or loyalty programme

Reading the contract terms

Slerp's own page says terms are typically 12 or 24 months, with rolling terms available, and that on a 12 or 24-month term the branded native app is built at no cost. Two practical points:

• Rolling terms: ask what the monthly fee is on a rolling basis, because it may differ from the price on a longer term.
• The app: if the app is built "at no cost" on a term, ask what happens to it, and to your customers' app accounts, if you leave at the end.

Write down your renewal date as soon as you sign. Most switching problems come from missing a notice window.
