Flipdish pricing in the UK (checked October 2026)
Flipdish publishes "from" prices for its UK packages, which makes it easier to compare than many quote-only platforms. This guide sets out what the page showed when we checked, works through typical monthly costs, and lists what isn't on the page so you can ask.

As shown on flipdish.com on 19 October 2026. The first three rows are the online-ordering page. The £119 row is the point-of-sale page. All prices are per site. The online-ordering page does not say whether its prices include VAT. The point-of-sale page marks its monthly price as excluding VAT. The page also shows Flipdish's product range: AI phone agent, handheld POS, AI marketing, delivery integrations, Flipdish Pay and marketplace management.
Worked examples
These show the subscription only. Card processing and any per-order fees come on top. We haven't estimated those because Flipdish doesn't publish them on the pricing page.
A single takeaway on Website, billed annually

The same takeaway on Website, billed monthly
- £69 × 12 = £828 a year, so annual billing saves £240 in exchange for the commitment
For comparison: Chefzi for one site in its first year
- 3 months at £0, then 9 months at £19 = £171 ex. VAT for cash or no-card payments, or 9 months at £29 = £261 ex. VAT with online card payments. Standard Stripe card processing fees apply, with no per-order fee from Chefzi. Card processing is by your provider. Chefzi doesn't include a POS, kiosks or a branded app, so this isn't a like-for-like comparison with the bundle.

What isn't on the pricing page
Ask Flipdish about these before you sign:
- Card processing rates on Flipdish Pay, and whether you can use another provider
- Any per-order or transaction fee on online orders
- Hardware costs for POS terminals, kiosks or tablets
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Contract length and notice on annual plans, and what happens at renewal
- The VAT basis for the Website, App and Kiosk prices
- Customer-facing fees, such as a service fee added at checkout
Is Flipdish good value?
That depends on what you'll use. If you only need online ordering and a kitchen tablet, a narrower tool will usually cost less than Flipdish's website, app or kiosk plans.
Flipdish is likely good value if:
- you need a POS and online ordering from one supplier
- you'll use the branded app, kiosks or AI marketing
- you run several sites
A simpler tool may suit you better if:
- you already have a till you're happy with
- you take orders mainly by collection and your own delivery
- you want month-to-month billing at a low fixed cost

Annual or monthly billing?
Flipdish shows two prices for each package: a lower "from" price billed annually, and a higher monthly price. On the Website package the gap is £20 a month (£49 against £69), which is £240 a year. On Website & App it's also £20 a month (£79 against £99). The kiosk plan on the same page was £59 billed annually and £79 monthly.
Annual billing makes sense if you're sure you'll stay for the year. Monthly billing costs more but keeps your options open, which matters if you're still deciding between systems or replacing GloriaFood before 30 April 2027.

Flipdish can change its packages and prices at any time. We re-check this page at least every quarter and whenever Flipdish updates its pricing page. How much does Flipdish cost per month in the UK?
On 19 October 2026 Flipdish's online-ordering pricing page showed a Website package from £49 a month billed annually (£69 monthly), Website & App from £79 (£99 monthly), and a Self-Service Kiosk from £59 billed annually (£79 monthly). All of those prices are per site. The point-of-sale page shows an essential package from £119 a month billed annually, or £139 a month if billed monthly (ex. VAT). As shown on flipdish.com on 19 October 2026.
Does Flipdish charge commission?
Flipdish's pricing page doesn't show a per-order commission figure. Payments run through Flipdish Pay, which has its own processing fees. Ask Flipdish for the full fee schedule, including card rates.
Is Flipdish billed annually?
The headline 'from' prices are billed annually, per site. Flipdish also shows a higher monthly-billing price for each package.
Are Flipdish prices including VAT?
The POS bundle is marked '(ex. VAT)'. We couldn't confirm the VAT basis on the other packages from the page, so ask Flipdish.
What's a cheaper alternative to Flipdish?
On published prices, Storekit Starter (no monthly fee, plus a flat per-order rate), Square Online (free plan, card fees from 1.4% + 25p) and Chefzi (£19 a month for cash or no-card payments, or £29 a month with online card payments through Stripe after three free months, 0% commission) all cost less per month. They do less than Flipdish's POS and kiosk bundles, so compare like for like.
