A white-label GloriaFood alternative: keeping your brand after April 2027
By Arslan Munir
Many restaurants chose GloriaFood because orders came in under their own name, not a marketplace's. GloriaFood closes on 30 April 2027, and the real risk for those restaurants is not losing a tool. It is losing the brand-first, commission-free set-up they had built, and drifting back onto apps by default.
What "keeping your brand" means when you switch
Check three things before you pick a replacement:
- Your web address survives. If customers order at your domain today, they should still order there after the switch. Chefzi lets you connect your own domain.
- The ordering looks like you. No software logo competing with yours, and no list of nearby rivals.
- The pricing stays flat. GloriaFood users are used to not paying per order. Chefzi keeps that: 0% commission, £9 a month, or £19 with card payments (see Chefzi pricing).
Your regulars won't notice much, and that's the point
The smoothest switch is one customers barely see. They go to the same address, see the same name and order from the same menu. Behind the scenes, you've moved to a system built as a GloriaFood replacement. Regulars can also reorder through a branded order-taking app, and we'll confirm where it's available as each listing goes live.
What you gain on top
- Automated email campaigns to bring past customers back.
- Help to rank higher on Google locally for searches near you.
Plan the switch, don't leave it to the last week
Move your menu, connect your domain, test an order, then update your links. When you're ready to close the old account, follow our guide to switching off GloriaFood. For the full comparison, see the GloriaFood alternative page, and for every white-label feature, white-label online ordering.
Frequently asked questions
When does GloriaFood close?
GloriaFood closes on 30 April 2027. After that date, ordering that runs through it will stop working, so restaurants need a replacement in place before then.
Will I lose my branding if I switch?
Not if the replacement is white-label. With Chefzi your ordering carries your restaurant's name, and you can connect your own domain.
Can I keep the same web address?
If you own the domain, you can connect it to Chefzi so customers keep ordering at the same address.
Does Chefzi charge commission like the apps?
No. Chefzi is 0% commission: £9 a month, or £19 a month with card payments, and no setup fee.
Keep your brand through the GloriaFood switch. Early Black Friday & Cyber Monday Deal: new sign-ups get 3 months free, with no setup fee. The deal ends at 23:59 on 1 December 2026. Migration from GloriaFood or any other provider is 100% free. Get started or Book a call.
